What Apple actually requires
App Store Connect requires a Support URL on every submission. Apple's App Information reference says it must be a live, publicly accessible URL with a way for users to contact you for help. App Review actually visits the URL during submission — broken links, 404s, login walls, or pages where contact info is buried below the fold get flagged and slow down your review.

What does Apple require for an App Store support URL?
A live, publicly accessible URL with at least a way for users to contact you for help. App Review visits the URL during submission — broken links, 404s, or pages requiring login will get flagged.
Can I just use my marketing site as the support URL?
Only if it has clear contact info above the fold. App Review can reject pages where the support information isn't immediately visible. A dedicated /support page is the safer answer.
Does the support URL need to be on my own domain?

Can the support page double as my data deletion URL?
