Support Page

Set up your app's support page with contact information and FAQ items.

App Store Connect requires a Support URL for every app. OrbitKit generates a hosted support page with your contact information.

In the Dashboard, fill out the Support Page section:

  • Contact Email (required) — The email address users can reach you at.
  • Phone Number — Displayed with a clickable tel: link.
  • Website URL — A link to your main website or app page.
  • Address — Your business address.
  • Support Hours — When you’re available (e.g., “Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST”).
  • FAQ Items — Add question-and-answer pairs (up to 20) that appear as collapsible sections on your support page.
  • Additional Info — Any other information you’d like to include.

After deploying, your support page is available at sites.orbitkit.io/your-slug/support.
