Creating Your First App

How to create and manage apps in OrbitKit. Supports up to 10 apps per account with independent subscriptions.

Creating an app

  1. Go to the Dashboard and click New App.
  2. Enter your app’s name as it appears in the App Store.
  3. OrbitKit auto-generates a URL slug from your app name (you can change it later).

Each app gets its own site, privacy policy, support page, and subscription. You can manage up to 10 apps per account.

Managing multiple apps

Use the app switcher in the Dashboard to switch between apps. Each app has completely independent configuration — changes to one app never affect another.

When creating a second app, if you already have a payment method on file, OrbitKit creates the subscription automatically — no need to go through Stripe Checkout again.

Deleting an app

Deleting an app:

  • Cancels its subscription immediately
  • Removes all hosted pages
  • Releases the URL slug (making it available for others)
  • Removes any custom domain mapping
  • Deletes all stored data (policy, support page, deletion page, AASA config)

This action cannot be undone.
